This tight-knit company was blessed with both cunning creativity and the strategic sense to connect brands and people at the most primal level via impactful heart to heart communication. By creating strategically sound and cutting edge communication, based on thorough psychological insights, this agency's advertising easily stood out from the commercial clutter.
DRIVEN BY CUNNING CREATIVITY
When founding Pink and Poodle both partners were convinced that advertising had a culture shaping capacity. And therefor they felt the moral responsibility to create inspiring mind-opening if not life-changing communication.
CULTURE SHAPING CAPACITY
A pink poodle called Happiness, icon of Pink and Poodle’s first and very successful campaign 'Brainless.nl', gave rise to the name of the agency.
THE COMPANY NAME
Pink and Poodle, founded by Wencke van Amstel (also owner of Miesiyu and Umsjatka Studios) and Olaf Zwetsloot, was an Amsterdam based advertising and design boutique. Eventually Pink and Poodle transformed into Miesiyu. Pink and Poodle was especially keen on divergent creativity and design, while Miesiyu is focussed strongly on helping companies to become real deal social enterprises.
